The owners of Lala’s Wine Bar + Pizzeria (a part of Premier Ventures Inc) in Denver decided to close the restaurant.
Owners Mike Plancarte and John Ott said that rising minimum wages for tipped employees on top of other factors led to their decision. Over 200 jobs will be lost once all of the Premier Ventures Inc restaurants close.
