Restaurateur George Abou-Daoud closed his Hollywood restaurant Farida, which employed about 20 workers. In regards to how rising minimum wages have impacted his labor costs and his ability to stay in business, Mr. Abou Daoud said, “You can only spend as much as you bring in.”
