Jeremy and Kelli Hawkinson, who own the Cool Beans coffee stand, are raising their prices and reducing hours to make up for the new labor costs.
“Last year was a big hit,” Hawkinson said. To make up for higher costs, the Hawkinsons cut some hours for their employees, and started working more shifts themselves.
