New York’s minimum wage law is forcing Kirk Gilchrist, the owner of Cici’s Pizza in Watertown, to shut down. He served pizzas for 7 years and had 10 employees on his payroll, but the a higher minimum wage has kept him from making enough revenue to stay open.
